On the Road Together
James and Starla Dean officially started on the road in September 2010. Many of you may remember us as “and Friends” from Kevin Spencer and Friends. James traveled with Kevin for thirteen years and Starla the last four of those thirteen after they were married. We were blessed to tour the United States as well as other countries such as Canada, Honduras, and Mexico. When we found out that we were expecting our first baby we knew that we would not be able to maintain the heavy schedule that Kevin Spencer keeps. We had no idea what God had in store.
After discussing our baby news with Kevin we all knew what would have to take place. He left our home and was not able to sleep. The Lord was dealing with Kevin to have him help us start our own ministry. He came over to our home the next day and began to tell us what the Lord had shown him. We began to pray about it and felt this was the path God had chosen for us. We are traveling across the country just at a slower, family friendly pace.
